Raises

It was exactly three years ago today (3/31/20) that these cheese ba--s announced no raises for the next 12 months.
Who thinks that these rat turds knew exactly what they were doing and just wanted a little more $$$ on their side of the table?

I know some people secretly got raises when the majority of the employees did not. It's so messed up. Why would you announce in 2020 that raises are frozen for one year but secretly hand out raises to some employees? I lost trust in leadership after finding this info out. So glad I'm no longer at Emerson. Anyways, I left Emerson that year making 57% more and with a lighter workload.

Lucky you if you’re getting a half point below inflation! PSS is still handing out 2.5 to 3%.

Pi-s poor. It seems like every 5 years or so they postpone raises a year. Then hand out raises just a half point below inflation. The result is over 15 years that my wages are considerably behind inflation

How were the raises catching up inflation in recent years?
