Yes… and follow the the licensed recipe Operate business as a commodity like oil and gas.
Seems GF continues to outsource capabilities similar to what they did with the mask house!! The model is clear, GF eventually will just buy or license their technologies from other companies and outsource capabilities like mask house, bump, etc to other companies so at the end of the day they are just a manufacturer of wafers, little to no development. The writing is on the wall.
