Sure did wonders for the stock price, but maybe that was the whole idea to use that as an excuse to get away from the Hudson's deal. They knew there was no way they were going to meet the minimum price and hence manipulated the stock to make sure it stayed below $1.
I put nothing past the liars who run this place.
