Why do people stay with this company? >Constant threat of layoff. Extremely poor leadership. Upcoming sale. Constant turmoil. So many failed initiatives. I have been with them since Gainwell became a company and it has been nothing but constant turmoil and failure for over 2 years. I’m in amazement that people stay.

So which Private Equity firm would possibly buy GW? Francisco Partners is the only viable option that I can think of.
GW is still going through growing pains and changes were unavoidable but those decisions effect lives and they need to realize that. Feels like they are trying to get rid of DXC taint. These undergound layoffs will till leave a stain for years to come.
Source on upcoming sale? I stay because of the work life balance for now.
