Anyone have any info on the voluntary separation package and whether it will be offered in 2Q 2023 or not?

Lmao, the turnover is at an all time high. Some departments don't even have any shift managers anymore and are just winging it. They don't need to put more money they don't have in volunteer separation to get people out the door. Got to pinch money so the SLT can keep their afternoon trips to Prime or 15 Church during these difficult times.

I hope they offer it so I can exit for my new job with a nice going away bonus!! GF has become a real sh-t hole of a company to work for, the execs are all crooked and multiple have ended up with se-ual harassment claims against them. The CEO himself is a womanizer where he creates all these special positions around him and fills them with women. I guess the execs don't have to read and follow the business conduct guidelines, it only applies below a certain level. Hoping they offer the voluntary separation package in 2nd quarter 2023 this would perfectly align with my exit plan!!
