Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Regional teams here are running this place into the ground. Start there with layoffs.

The Sprint rebooted regional teams here carry so much dead weight (and salary). It’s like these teams just want to regurgitate a broken, failed Sprint model here. If they want to look at layoffs they should start at those teams. All the Sprint reboots that are employed now just trying to justify the little (if any) they bring to the table. Un-carrier model is dead.

Regional RF do some real work, at least the one I’m in. Can’t speak for other regions but I’d recommend you work closely with them to see how much effort they’re putting in and not shoving National team recommendations down your throats without getting it.

Agree. All lead by Ulf, now he’s the president. S-Mobile FTL. This place blows now.

Amen. Redundant NOCs, a load of Sprint switch techs that got absorbed into regional and keep ba----g up OSS plans. If I get an email from someone with an Overland Park address in Outlook I ignore that sh-t because it is always some ridiculous request. Just give me a package already and bring in Amdocs to wreck the network like Ericsson did for Sprint.

The region is where the usless people "lead" and the once useful people go to do god only knows what. They are like a gigantic human centipede.
