A few weeks ago, Avaya announced internally that Tier 3 engineers will be insourced out of India and all engineers from Innovatia would have their contract end June 30th.
Today, Innovatia SDMs were also notified their contracts would end. The end date is up in the air at the moment. Some say it's March 31st and others say February 28th.
When does it end? SDMs are all ready overworked yet a paid for service by the customers. Not only are we losing valuable engineers but seasoned SDMs. Customers will not be happy
