Belk fosters the worst kind of culture. No matter how short staffed the store might be the associates are on their own . When they lose associates in one area the one person left is expected to do everything. And the worse part about it is the HR person that fills in for an hour or two feels the need to brag about things and tell you things like you know nothing. And the other manager that helps stands around talking when people are waiting and when they take somebody they feel the need to trumpet out "I got a credit". The ones that browbeat the people are superstars even though the customers don't like it. All in the quest to make more money for the top executives. Belk is the perfect storm of toxic.
I couldn't have said it better myself, @2ntr+1lPOE7wO
