Why isn’t the SVP level leadership in TTS held accountable for lack of delivery, poor employee and customer experience, and most of all SAP?

Do you think anyone will ever do anything about this? The TTS senior leadership team is one of the worst, yet they continue to be employed. It would be interesting to have one of the highly paid consulting companies do an assessment of the CDIO, SVPs, and VPs.
It doesn’t matter how 3M and TTS got to the position they are in. Rather we need a leadership team that is willing to fix things. Not just hire their friends as SVPs. Who is going to fix TTS? (Mark - I’m specifically asking you)
Don’t underestimate the role that directors played. Many people participated in the deceptions.

It stands for Time To Sell. That's in reference to 3M stock obviously.
If you don't know what TTS is, then you probably don't work at 3M.
