Accrued only.
You can take Pto before it is earned but only what has earned will be paid.
Check your current balance.
Ignore the troll who either has no idea how anything works or thinks it is funny to provide incorrect information to people who are probably already stressed about their situation.
You are paid for accrued PTO.
But they don’t as they try to save money and apply towards management bonus.
