There are many managers with inflated egos but there are very few really good managers here now.
Why do good managers leave GF very quickly while incompetent ones stay here for a very long time?

Bad managers don't do one-on-one they don't use their employee funds to take their teams out they bully their teams to get positive reviews on the glint surveys
Globalfoundries is turning out to be place for failed guys who lack talent to survive at other place. These incompetent souls know that they just need licking the boot and a-s to stay in their role. Things will get worse as talents keep leaving with market improvement.
Yes the current SLT is horrible, no vision. Then the remaining managers under them are yes men and women. GF needs to clean house in the SLT and bring in people who actually have a vision. Having a bunch of TC minions who don't think doesn't do the company any good!!
Ha they don’t know it! God these imbeciles walking around like hot sh-t. They are all so bad. 2nd Line and 3rd line vp dept heads. All horrible. There is maybe 2 throughout GF that is the real deal but rest are just so bad it is unbelievable.
