Medtronic is losing a ton of top-notch employees, but the bosses up top are just sitting pretty and not doing much of anything. It's like a big wave of the best people leaving and the higher-ups are acting like, "Eh, no big deal." It's not a good situation for any of us.

Could not agree more with the last comment. That has definitely been the theme / culture the last 2 years since the major reorganization.

This has been the theme for last 2 years
And still literally no communication from ExCom
Losing top individual contributors is unfortunate. Retaining ineffective leaders is worse, however.
