When is HyVee going to figure out that they can’t expect stores to be profitable when HyVee warehouse is over charging stores for product. You can’t be making record profits in the warehouse and expect the store to do well. HyVee warehouse keeps charging more than outside vendors. How is that even possible? HyVee needs to stop robbing store a for profit. You are either a grocery store chain or warehouse grocer wholesaler you can’t do both. I meet with other store director once a month and we are feel like are profits are getting cut by our own warehouse.

Stores do this & that...corporate gets 💰 LPLD & RDA , display commitments , the GK system-wow .labor that stores never recoops. Pay for warehouse and force the over priced products..force ship whatever. Rules for placement everywhere. And the hoops....trends say Aldi is gaining markets..just plan Ole best prices, none of the do this, get this, buy 4,spend this to get this..folks think of a used car salesman . Are prices set so high % off sales are a good thing?
It’s called creative accounting and I’m pretty sure HyVee is on that program. They will blame it on the CFO. randy and his goons will have all of their money out of HyVee stocks by the time they file for bankruptcy. I’m sure they will be the next Enron.
Randy is doing all he can to drain bonus out. Why come may he doesnt care about 90000 plus left at hyvee. He only cares day he sells his stock he gets top dollar for it. Read about Eddie Lampert to figure out what randy goals are for himself not hyvee. Company will annouce accounting errors 2 days after he retires. I hope i Am wrong for sake of 85000 left. I left seen this all before different company
Randy would rather lose money in style than make money and not have style. Everything he tried to do was to look cool.
True! The HST center is a waste.
Good observation, but this is the only way to fund the kingdom in WDM. Selling off the corporate offices and property and moving to a humble location is still the best way to right the ship. As the economy turns sour, customers will increasingly shop where there are better values. Randy has demonstrated that he cares more about Randy than the 90,000 who count on him to make good decisions so they can provide for their families. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Great power demands great integrity.
