Ex-com is looking into selling the Rice Creek campus. This might be the sign they will be combining the Neuro and CVG implantable BUs. Good luck with that integration nightmare.

Great point you make: If you can really work from home then your job should be outsourced.
Selling Rice Creek would be a good move and ExCom needs to show they can make "bold" moves that aren't just selling assets at a massive discount (PMR)
- Tyrx mfg can move to any of the other 3-4 mfg locations in Twin Cities, or elsewhere (spinal/biologics)
- With even a 15% hybrid work model, there is space at Mounds View, OHQ
For those complaining that your job is OK to work from home, no need to return to office ----- your job is targeted for outsourcing. Go ahead, prove that you can work from home and don't need to come to office to interact, solve problems and tackle new responsibility!
Good. We need to consolidate and outsource everything and eventually became an operations company since we hardly do any innovation
RC won't be sold, it's an owned asset, and a registered manufacturing facility for Tyrx product. It's also the HQ for Neuro.
This rumor is trash.
There is a ton of empty lab space and empty floors in Mounds View from all of the groups that have been hollowed out and destroyed over the last decade or so.
Why do you think they are monitoring badge scans? Get an accurate census of how much space is needed and consolidate.
It’s a highly contaminated manufacturing site that will require extensive remediation to be sold off.
Who said that?
Where will they put manufacturing in mounds view? It's uncertain that there is any space available?
They’ve been at this for months now
