This is what happens when you let a bunch of losers from Sears Corp to run the show. Marvin and his crew hired these folks. Some have already been fired or "retired", many left to get rid of. They are lowest in rankings, have zero idea on technology and possess zero critical thinking skills. Beyond that, they are a HR nightmare. Ask any HRBP. SEARS = cover up or law suits.

They have been asking for it since Melvin and company got here. You can't wind your employees up again and again and expect results. You also can't lead by threats and expect more. Anyone can leave Lowe's and make more money.
Everyone is demoralized with what they have been getting for raises the past several years while this company has increased prices more than inflation. We have gotten the short end of the stick, everyone knows it. Why even try to care when the company clearly doesn't value you as an employee to even give you raises that at least match inflation. Our standard of living has gone way down while the CEO and the rest of corporate made tons of money while sitting home during the pandemic while we were neck deep with customers spreading covid to us. This company needs to be unionized.
