Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Pay 4 Performance

Im interested to know what P4P increases people have got across the different countries. Specifically the competitive market adjustment as this will correlate to total average pay increases in country which have been generally driven by inflation.

I have yet to receive my statement, so wondering what we can expect.

In the UK, 3M gave a 3.8% increase for the competitive adjustment.
Average wage growth in the UK for 2023 is 5.9% (excuding bonuses) or 6.7% (including bonus).

At the T4A level, I got a 3% pay hike for a 2 out of 3 rating. Based in the HQ in St. Paul.

If you mattered you would be getting paid at a level where your annual increase wouldn't matter. You aren't better than anybody else posting here.

T1-T4A got a 3% market adjustment. 2% additional if rated a 3. Not sure what adjustments were made for compa ratios. I presume around 2%.
