No-one mentioned "bringing your whole self to work", what they really mean is "don't slag off the woke brigade, only they get to say what they really want to". Honestly don't we just want people to be good at what they do and be professional at work. Whether or not they prefer men, women or Martians, who the he'll cares, it's not relevant to the job.

I worked there as a contractor a decade ago and found PepsiCo potentially to be a good company. Then I joined full-time and from day one saw it devolve into the woke cesspool it is today. The charismatic SVP that everyone loved moved to another group and was replaced by a woman no one could stand. Immediately the homosexuals let everyone know who they were and obnoxiously peddled "safe spaces", "celebrations", cafeteria solicitations, and fundraising for afflictions they cause through their lifestyle choices. Suddenly the rainbow flag flew over the campus for a day, then a week, then a month, and when I finally left I was receiving g-y, trans, or orange-man-bad messaging from leadership weekly. They will just continue cycling through faux grievance degeneracy until it has a material impact on the business like the mo--ns did over at AB-InBev. But it is such a large diversified company it will only get worse for the foreseeable future. Almost everyone I know that is normal has left the organization.

Because they want to show the results of their reverse-discrimination. They already give enhanced merit pay to people based on that persons innate ability to be diverse or female. Same, or lower performance rating, higher raise. Unfortunately, some of us, who were born a certain way, have no chance in this titanic. Congrats on raising the bar on inequality and inexperience.

Why? See Pearl Milling Company - aka Aunt Jemima. The woke ideology has infested this company to its own detriment. If virtue signaling were an Olympic sport, PepsiCo would get the gold every time. The end result, at least financially, in my opinion, is this approach never helps a companies bottom line. The majority of the world is NOT woke - or at least is indifferent to this ideology- and will make purchases for consumer goods based on quality - not what some snowflake thinks is offensive.

I agree. My own business is not how a business in this system should be run.
I am a bag of blut and bone, perhaps with a brain, if needed.
That's the extent they need to know and even care to know.

Covering their a$$ so they don't get sued when someone tries to claim their gender/identity wasn't considered. So now they can say they asked but you didn't tell so no lawsuit.
