How about that email that went out two weeks ago saying that there would be no layoffs? Did anybody even check the WARN list?

I worked for that cr-p hole company for 10 years. I’m glad to see it start to fall. I was wondering what took it soooo long. A lot of lazy workers and even worse management. It’s a joke.

This is definitely real news. I'm so sorry to all who was affected by this layoff today. I left GA two years and still miss it. I've been hoping they could recover, but it hasn't been looking good for them for a long time, except for those many employees who are in denial and swear things are great. Its bittersweet, but I sure am glad I left.

Is there even 500 employees at General Atomics now? I am asking if there is even 500 GA employees that actually show up every day and W-O-R-K.

Surfing the web all day or watching YouTubes videos on your cellphone all day isn't work.

ASI 325+ layoffs

2021 - GA 100+ layoffs

2022 - EMS 125+ layoffs

They let go more than that in 2020 - so there is precedence. With there biggest money maker of the past 20 years seeing massive cancellations and being played with by the Russians GAs future looks extremely bleak
