Hilco inventoried our wave 4 closing store last week.
Sorry to clue you deniers but this did happen and jv sups are essentially running the liquidadated stores. Get out while you can. Bbby will be gone by July and you get nothing

No JV group is involved in inventory until they buy goods with a stalking horse bid.
No JV liquidation store level person knows anything and would be unprofessional sharing it with staff if they had any idea. Staff is the enemy to a liquidation consultant
They took inventory at a closing store in our area last week.
It is true that there was inventory done on 12 stores last week. It was a self scan inventory. Not sure of the reasoning behind it though.
Why 12 stores inventory.
JV group has no authority to take inventory.

JV group did inventories in 12 stores last week to prepare to buyout all bbby merchandise. This is true. Chapter 7 within weeks total end of business operations will be in July.
A liquidation person on store level would have no idea. Chapter 11 or 7 takes weeks maybe a month. A joint venture is possible in May.
No one takes over
Didn't think there were 1300 employees left to layoff. Company started going downhill when they laid me off a few years ago.
