Is the Sales Specialists bonus going away ? Changing ? No information at my store .

Ima bout to hit Aisle 1 in yo store foo’. I’ll have a cwart load of Tide, and walk right pass dat yt bit rollin dem eyes at me. Mo of yo bonus out dat front mfg do’!
There's a bonus for each deuce a customer's dog leaves in your department.
I done cleaned out Aisle 5, wit chart loads of Tide. Dem foo’s can’t awfwird y’all cus of thieves like me.
Specialists are the worst customer service associates. Overpaid and lazy. Good riddance specialists.
Specialists bonuses should go. They are some of the laziest people in the 3 stores I've worked at.
Rumors are flying of both pay band cuts and increased bonuses with stiffer earning requirements. Also of pay raises with bonus cuts. Won't know until Corporate officially speaks.
Then again, to serve the "Pro" customers "better," Corporate may do away with all Specialists and Full Time positions.
