I am literally drained. I've been overwhelmed for a very long time, but I see that there are people here who barely do anything at all.

Busier than I should be , the whole team I work with is. Doesn’t give us much time to move on new opportunities i ties to keep the future opportunities
Make the am meeting. Netflix in a conference room. 3 hour lunch. Make a pm meeting. Beer with the guys. Then clock out for the day.
Our team has seen cuts and so we are also overwhelmed and drained. We have a couple of people who aren't working as much as they should and so that doesn't make matters easier on the rest of us. Of course none of the bosses do anything about it.
Anyone at 3M that claims to be super busy needs to take a look at what it is they are doing and what value they are actually adding. I guarantee that you are being given stuff to do that no one will ever look at and you’re adding Zero value. If you were to go off next week no one would ever miss you
I do very little. The hardest part is clicking in on time. Once there I work for an hour, then spend the rest of night sleeping or watching TV
I don’t have a manager in all this restructuring and am looking forward to the summer … haha long may this continue
I am not sure who is not working, I must be on teams with exceptional employees. Everyone I work with is overloaded with work. And I have concerns about burn out, we cannot sustain at the pace we are working at. With this year as tight as it is, we can’t miss a beat. I believe jobs are dependent on hitting our numbers.
I work 10 hours a week at the very most. Most of that is for Teams meetings which I just attend but don’t contribute anything to. I have to do a quarterly update for our BG leader where I refresh some numbers and rearrange some slides. No action gets taken following that meeting fortunately.
I genuinely believe in the 80:20 principal here. 20% of people do 80% of the work. The rest are hangers on and take credit for others work.
I work about 10hrs a week. have 3 remote jobs making 320k a year.
SFDC, will take anything!
