congrats as i read in Crain's your haul of $25 million for 2022. Even though the company lost 3 times the billions lost in 2021, somehow you managed to overcome the optics of it. Even on the best CEOs list. Keep up the good work

Starting from 2015 to-date, 5 People - Tipsord, Smith, Harbert, Schmidt, Yi/Herbert have taken out over $500 million dollars in compensation from State Farm. Again those 5 individuals have been given over half a billion dollars of policyholders money to create this sh-t hole sweat shop. MT over $100 million in the last 3 years! These people are crooks and scam artists! They have robbed this mutual company blind along with the useless 20,000 SF agent's. Corporate America has lost it's mind and have basically been turned into "legalized" criminal organization along with all the other banks, "to big to fail", and other companies that control the world we live in. I literally pray for he-l for these people each and every night. Trash of the earth!
The bonus feels wrong….but raising premiums to pay it? That bonus wouldn’t cover the postage on a single cycle of auto renewal ID cards. Just math, not hyperbole.
Well deserved. He is the best CEO we have ever had. Worth every penny. You need to eliminate bonuses for anyone not in management.

Seriously disgraceful that MT can sleep at night that he is taking that bonus after the atrocious mismanagement of the company and that he is going to raise the premiums of all the long time customers to make up for his mistakes.

Thank you! I will say the $100,000 cut pinched the 'ol wallet, especially in times of high inflation. However I had yet another excellent year! My pay, while subpar relative to my performance, is still enough for us to get by.
