Those SSA's were never suppose to be long term. Some brilliant person in Corporate TA for Lowe's thought "lucy" would take over that role and many other spots within recruitment. SSA's are undervalued, just like the Area Human Resources Business Partners.
Our store just got a 2nd SSA, and still not sure what they actually do.
