What's the purpose? Fighting off rumors of a buyout? "I'll tell you before you will hear it anywhere else. Don't believe the rumors!!!" Laughable. Is she coming to an office near you?

If it’s not already obvious, those higher up the ladder will do what’s required to advance, or a the the very least, maintain their position within the organization. Doing what is “required” necessarily means, figuratively speaking, defecating on staff. You all can see this manifest itself in the cutting of merit increases and the “tour” which might simply be a vacation disguised as a employee morale booster. In the end, though, you are where you are. So stop your whining and either accept it or move on and out of the organization and if you can’t find a job elsewhere then maybe you aren’t worth what you think you are.

Attended in Jacksonville yesterday. If we over hired by 20,000 during the pandemic why are we still hiring 5 or 6000 month now? Was that what I heard

Just make sure we get those people in the office to show it is full of life. Everyone have their plane, train, and car tickets scheduled for that?

She is just showing face costing at least 20-50k depending on the location to do a meet and greet as well as a denial of anything.

We seen her email. You are stopping the 800 page self eval doc that is pure cr-p and making a new one that is 799 pages. Who cares. Why when I meet my goals, team goals, company goals do I get 0 reward for it? Why do I bust my a-s day and night 24/7 and on weekends only to be told by a cr-p manager that I need to do more work? Holy he-l can we get a breath of fresh air between management and executives? No?

Total sh*t show and glad she found something to spend the money on besides execs for the 1 billion+ in savings. At least 20-30k more people from business segments yet to be fired. Bring it on!
