there is nothing about number of years in MDT or as experience. Grind and learn new industry std skillset..keep passively looking out.. EOD, overall every company is doing RIF in different size and time/ways!

best to way to get rid of good %tage HC before layoffs would be by announcing layoffs are coming (like GOT- winter is coming) . Lot of people will find new home/job and leave + VERP..with RTO,(3x) ,people will find other remote opportunities.. this will further help bottom line in addition to planned layoff HC... this is true #Squid Games # hunger games

What's worse is that they want to minimize attrition. Like how is that possible if they're not willing to be transparent? They have no respect for employees, so why should we respect them?

I posted a question asking what percentage of employees would be laid off and they didn't even allow it through moderation. They seem opposed to providing us with any useful information.

I hav zero respect for the leadership at this company and am dying to be laid off with severance.
