Someone said mdt considers to combine Neuro and CRM. How much possibility？

Medtronic was once only crm.
Then they used the crm tech to start neuromodulation. The other businesses
Were all acquisitions.
Diabetes, heart valves, stents, spine and of course the covidien businesses.

Mdt back to the year 1976. Before most mdt employees were born. 🤦🏾♀️
When people say Neuro they almost always mean neuromod. Neurovascular used to be a part of MITG.

neuromod is basicallt pacing the spinal cord. it's practically the same tech..
From a device development perspective there are synergies to be had for sure.
Not at the business level. Could see functions combining.
