Official word came down that they are going to increase TM positions and dissolve the TL’s completely.
Good chance to move up in the company before the separation!

Why more TMs? NCR Management at its best LOL. TL position either can go for a type of Specialist role or Cust Engr 3 from what I heard. So who will assign network calls now my wonderful TM ?
What will the team leads do? Don’t you all think the new management roles will be in Serbians. NCR is not promoting, they are replacing anyone who is not feet on the ground. You can’t pretend it’s not happening, right now I saw 88 jobs posted for Serbia, they are hiring fast and furious,TM’s will be training their replacements.
I think it’s gonna move id--t seniors up that had no business being any leadership at all. I can see the advantage if the workload of a tm decreases I’ve only talked to mine 3 times in a year. Hope communication opens up. The TLs to me held it together.
