Well done UK …..lol
- 44% (UK)
That is an increase to keep you until you are not needed. Typical for all people not in the right location.
I got over 5% and was pleasantly shocked.
The way it works is your max raise will be 3 percent for top performers or really good brown nosers/friends of the managers, the average pay raise is always 1.5 -2 percent, and if your not likes by the boss or deemed too rate you get nothing, it really is that simple. Managers are told they have to do the bell curve, and they have to give some no raises and even PIP’s (performance improvement plan) if anyone does get a big raise it’s a promotion, usually CE3 or SR CE, Team lead used to get it too. Otherwise if you want more money work OT and do Standbye shifts
Maybe the 18% was trying to show the impossibility of a 6.9% raise at NCR. 2% has been the pool for years. Even the best raise will not cover inflation. I worked for a grocery store back in 1975 making 15k a year. According to BLS I would need to make $90k to have the same buying power. It is not happening at grocery stores or at NCR. Yes I am old.
I just want to keep my pay rate when they split us up. Rumors are generalist go to retail they will take a pay cut!
I'm calling BS on the 18% raise and given what I know to be true for NCR the 6.9% is questionable at best. This seems to be posting to generate reactions from those who get the typical less than 3% (regardless of performance) that is NCR.
Surprised to hear about the raises of 6 and higher.
C’mon now NCR doesn’t give that big of a raise. Or do they?? I have had very good reviews the past few years what am I doing wrong. Or is it just a cheap a$$ TM who complains about what a CE makes. Hey if you got that kind of raise good for you. NCR underpays their CE s known fact.
Last 3 years were a total of 3 percent, this year I got outsourced before raise time.
How do you find your raise, if you got one?
I got 18%
