Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

Is this the most active forum on thelayoffs.com?

I have checked a bunch of forums where I thought the activity is gonna be lit, but to my surprise, this forum beats all of them by a vast majority.

The Hammer will drop the first Tuesday in April. Look for announcments of merging departments. Some SVPs will leave to pursue other interests soon. Then look for 25% of the workforce to be slashed. This time the serverance will not be as generous. Those remaining will be asked to sacrifice for the company. Mandatory vactation in July and August. They will also be a change in leave policy. Sickleave and Vacation will be combined for a total of 20 days.

Way more active than the Bl1nd forum. Seems that the ones in the “know” of anything useful either went underground or have been RIF’d.

It’s just a forum of cake and ICP sadness.

I don’t think we are even on the top ten list. Check Intel and Cisco forum boards here. Banking forums are busy as well, judging by Wells Fargo’s page.
