40% is a big number. If it is true, how to ensure company function is still functioning?I doubt

The Neuromod OU is looking at a 30% reduction, which includes RIF’s, project cuts, budget cuts, cost savings programs, etc.
Does anyone know what the final percentage is at this time? I heard there are more to come but some groups had 30% already for sure.
Yes Nnamdi left and his last day was 2/28. The Brain Mod gm left too effective 3/17 with a new one identified and put in effective 3/20.
Did Nnamdi leave?
Parting gift from NNamdi. had to keep up his standards of destroying any buisness he leads, even if hes leaving the company to go mess up a different one.
I was laid off in one of the IT outsourcing waves in 2021 where hundreds of people were laid off during the previous CIOs reign of te---r. My opinion here, but HR surely knows what triggers the reporting requirements. They layoff in small batches, they spread them out, they make sure to include diverse age ranges so as not to trigger age related lawsuits, etc. They've made strategic reorgs where you may find yourself wondering why you're working with all these odd people and then you find out you will be working on a dead end project and you'll just want to quit. I'm not certain they are clever enough to pull all these things off well but that's my opinion.
Employers with 50 employees or more are required by federal law to report large layoffs to the state Dislocated Worker Program. See link https://mn.gov/deed/programs-services/dislocated-worker/reports/
I am a contractor and my contract is not renewing. Basically i can be kicked out even before that.
Probably fake. There is no way they would kick so many people in a hush hush way
I would say 5-15% max
I am sure it is a rumor. problem with these boards is that there is a lot of false information. ppl here something, add more to it and you get garbage. no way they are going to layoff 40%
