I know some groups were already going to the office a few days a week. What do they use to monitor who does and who doesn't show up for the mandated two days? Is there anybody from those groups who decided not to go in? Have there been any repercussions for those employees?

I was told this week badge scans were being monitored to check RTO compliance. Most of our BU was averaging just over 1 day per week when 3-4 is expected. The group I’m in brought our VP to a BU leading ~2 days per week average from all of us coming in the “mandatory” 4 days a week.
I heard its falling on the onsite Managers to track daily show ups.
I do see a lot of old pre covid-19 faces showing up lately
In a meeting a VP stated they’re tracking badge scans and there’s reports. No idea if anything is being done with them. But I do trust this leader.
