I’m hearing HCL is going to be replacing sales managers. Marketing is replacing VPs. Warehouse managers replacing VPs of Ops.

Xrx no longer has a contract with HCL. It’s with TCS. Educate your self.

It was only a matter of time, but the HCL employee (those specifically working out of India) would be far more efficient and better than those from Murica. They are like robots in the flesh, but better. HCL order processors run the show and dictate the day to day doings of the entitled Xerox plebs of UhhhMurica.

Current going rate for one HCL employee is calculated below, give or take a hundred lbs ....
