The message has been distributed. Our amazing leaders want us back in office a minimum of three days a week. How is everyone feeling? I'm irritated (no business partners local), and I work too much as it is. I'm wondering if it's just another way of thinning the herd without severance?

I sit next to the executive suite and probably see VPs once per week.
Someone needs to return to office first.
I’ve been told that I need to be in the office 2/3 days per week per my manager. I started going in and found no one was there besides our group/department. Many times the manager wasn’t even there. It’s pointless and stupid to go into the office when no one else is there or being forced to go into the office. D-MB!
Please RTO!
Easy solution to this problem. Have you manager change you to remote. That's what I did a while back. Still have the freedom to go into the office but no requirement whatsoever.
RE: ‘so is onsite a better category?’ - as I understand it, hybrids will be required to be onsite 3 days/week. Onsite full time = on-site. Remote = remote.
so is onsite a better category ? so weird I never saw it at all
RE: where to find status of remote, hybrid, in-office - found mine in Workday. Click on your image or person icon (top right corner). Click View Profile. Click Job (bottom left corner)
Wow first I've heard of this. where do you look to see this new title? Workday?
Employees are currently categorized as full time in-office, full-time remote, or flex. Corporate has a goal for a certain number of flex employees to return to the office 3 days a week starting May.
It's 100% happenning. Will be rolled out to employeees at the start of april.
Absolutely haven't heard a peep about this. Global IT FTE.
Where was this? We’ve been told 2 days a week and have been doing it since Nov 2022. I’m with you, I drive into the office to sit on zoom calls. Makes no sense.
