I bought $2 M savings. Ten teams needed to be engaged as unneeded stakeholders they asked me to fill out 5 excruciating forms and update 3 outdated systems
Instead of working on those forms , I started working on my resume
Completely agree. Reorgs, PORs, project cancellations are hurdles with no value add. They result in great ideas being shut down.
You forgot do more with less. But yeah, that pretty much sums up life at Intel.
