Did I interpret things correctly that there is a voluntary separation package coming in 2Q 2023 where people can sign up for it? I wonder if the package is similar to typical layoff or not nearly as good. Does anyone know details is it only for people 55 and older and/or so many years with company or can anyone volunteer. Thinking this could be a good chance to find another job and jump ship with a nice departing package. Anyone have any details on this one? I won't bother asking the obvious question how the work will get done with an already shortage of employees but those of us that leave with a package like this it won't be our issue to solve.

Better leave and not wait for layoff.
No, I have requested prior years. Almost every layoff. Leadership or management declines the request..
Be careful, if you show any interest in a voluntary package your manager will put you on the layoff track because "he's going to leave anyway"
Do we list attrition rate in any of earnings reports or SEC filings? I was curious since it’s been so much past few years but I could not find it. Just that in 2020 there were 14900 employees. Can I find these numbers in any particular GF has to submit since IPO?
I hope they offer such a voluntary package with a good package so they can expedite their low cost geo outsourcing. I’m deciding between a few jobs but let’s see if I can get lucky and get a package, nice departing gift. I just hope they don’t do the age discrimination package where one must be 55 and have 5* years since I won’t meet the age requirement. Crossing my fingers things align here. Personally I’ve enjoyed my lower level management and my teammates but execs and their minion HR team are destroying GF, totally washed up rejects who have no idea how to run a company.
Am looking for job out side but I do not mind package. Want to leave this toxic he-l at earliest. It is impacting my mental health.
I’m getting a check for about $54k on or around the 24th this month. This is after already receiving 3 months of full salary from GF while I’ve been employed elsewhere since January. You may be better off waiting for a layoff package. Not sure the voluntary separation packages will be as good. Also they will offer them to select employees typically in certain departments/ projects. It won’t be offered to every employee. Good luck and you’re on the right track if you’re looking to leave that sh-thole
