They won’t take any action right now no matter what. Their priority is the Spinoff and kicking Roman and Monish out May jeopardize this action. I am expecting to see a change after October once all this restructuring is over and they can start a new Parentco and Spinco with new leadership. At least I am hoping for that

Doubtful. The 3M board is just as incompetent as Roman and Moneyish. They’re years late on taking action.
