So, since we got a new store manager last year we have had a lot of policy changes. I’m just curious if the stuff they are saying is in fact true.
Recently we were told that we can’t go in the shoe stockroom to get shoes because we need to do save the sales. Even though we do have stock back there for sale.
We have been told that we can not return anything we do not sell in the store (lucky finds). We have to tell the customer that they have to ship it back themselves.
Customers can’t try on bras but they also don’t want us to return them.
We have to request an appt with our store manager to use our vacation days.
