Leadership changes coming soon. Our current exec team is failing hard and fast, they do not care about employees only numbers. Extremely poor decisions are being made from the top. Xerox leadership team can't be this numb to realize a change is needed in Florida exec level. Morale has hit all time low, valued employees are continuing to leave and more soon. Wake up.

They cannot ignore the tired and frustrated faces of our staff. This has to end soon or there won't be anyone left.
Leader ship change in the North East also.
Every month is same from the top - demanding more, give more, do more with less and nothing is given in return. I bet our President gets a nice bonus for hitting numbers but none of employees making that happen receive anything. Here's an idea, share that bonus with employees that made it happen, they deserve it.
Sad to say, this isnt just happening in your area.. Its happening in the west also...
Local decision making has been taken away and everything is being handed down from corporate execs directly. I cant believe they dont know what is happening on the front lines.... they are ki-ling their core business of printing money essentially...
Treating their technicians poorly is not going to win any company progress!
