Fire the fake advisors

If you can't afford the real advisors, you definitely can't afford the cost of the fake ones, when they FU . They were trained by TB who was the chief FU in the company.

Well, they sure are good at tattling to work-daddy, crying to HR mommy and whining to IT admins when they feel slighted or unappreciated for being inadequate. If only they gave 1/10 of a sheet about their co-workers and contractors.

If I were one of those former (demoted) managers that now go around with the chin down and the advisor badge, I would have a very long beard by now, because I wouldn’t be able to shave and look at my sad clown face every toxic day.

In the old days advisors had technical knowledge that was valuable. There are alot of peach fuzz faced kids running around now with a title that indicates salary not knowledge.

CHK Managers are not advisors. You can't fire real CHK advisors and replace them with demoted CHK managers and expect to still have real advisors. Leadership at CHK has been in the past and still is very poor. That is why the company went bankrupt and continues down the path of self destruction. And the same foxes are still guarding the same chicken house except all of the chickens are dead. The current management does not know what good leadership is so a lot of the real advisors that were let go would have made great managers if given the chance. I have never seen so much negative on this site regarding managers, especially the VP's. Great leaders don't get this kind of negative feedback.

There are several advisors across the company in different department. The company did this a few years back to people that were incapable of leading people but they had technical knowledge that was still valuable.
