It looks like the NJ Warn Notice was updated with another corporate layoff effective 4/09/23, just one day prior to the effective date of the new warn notice requirements. Just one more way to sc--w over the few remaining people in Union, as this will impact 377 employees. Not even sure who will be left at this point to even turn the lights off.

Should there be severance of3at least 1week for every year after 4/9?
People from last layoff are being paid till April 9. This is their warn notice
