I keep hearing that a mini Kmart is going into the Gardem Center area of this Kmart and the At Home store is taking over the big store. Is this still happening? What is a mini Kmart going to look like? Will new Mini Kmarts popp up all over the place?

To the poster below, I contacted the author of that article by email, to confirm if the store is closing or not. I am awaiting the reply.
That article is suspect. The job listing, is still for a remodel, NOT liquidation. This store is NOT closing as of now. It's not on SB360 and there are no job closings listed.
The remodel job will become a liquidation job once the plans are finalized.
And here's the "remodel" job, posted just a week ago:

This appears to be the subdivision plan for the property, demarcating what will still be Kmart and what will be leased out to the new tenant:

@1yuz At Home filed plans with the local government to take over the entire space.
Apparently At Home has backed out of the deal. That's why the remodel work stopped.
Kendale not Kendoll. Garden not gardem. Pop not popp. Wow, OP, that was weak.
Anyway, the KENDALE Lakes Kmart has a job listed for a remodel. So yes it is likely downsizing. And no, you won't see any mini Kmarts popping up anywhere. The amount of Kmarts will only either stay the same, or decrease. There will be no new ones.
