Bonuses and merit raises to be paid and then re-org then layoffs
Me: I’ve already planned my personal budget to include a record bonus and PUPS. Those getting laid off should NOT receive a freebie bonus. We’re the ones that did all the work. Adios mo fo’s. Thanks for your bonus going into my account. Going to buy a new Vette and park it in a handicap spot at the office.

Overheard last week the term “pop up layoff”. I think it’s a “new” HR thing where HR and the employees manager are going to make unannounced department layoffs and the pilot will be in PA. Can anyone confirm if this is a “new” HR term?
