Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

Funny...

Anyone else seeing through the bs that all baby stores were "accidentally" sent liquidation signs? And the "hang on to them until we send you a return label" that will never come? TELL US THE TRUTH!!!

Did anyone actually have faith in someone that was one of the main culprits in taking two different companies to the bottom and hiring executives from companies that had previously filed bankruptcy.

Well... the only truth is that this corporate management is so bad, it could f*** up going out of business. No surprise here.

Entire $225 initial loan went to Morgan for the default. Next potential installment from Hudson hinges on stock price staying up. It is deflating.

They will not be able to have any "good" days because everyone is either leaving or sitting here wondering when their turn to be cut will come. Morale is in the dumps! There is no will from those that are left.

YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!
The truth is they're not sure what's going to happen and are making different decisions weekly, sometimes daily. It all depends on the numbers that get reported. The company is running low on cash so they can't make long term decisions any more. Each new decision is based on what happened the day before and they're just hoping to string some consecutive good days that can turn into consecutive good weeks.

They borrowed half a billion last quarter and it all disappeared before it ended. How will this time be any different? We just need to be sold off.

I believe these were sent to all stores in the event they actually do file for bankruptcy. All stores have their signage in place. This last save came down to just days... and in 3 months, they will revisit trying to borrow more money.. I dont think they will be so lucky next time.

This company LOVES wasting money.(in the unlikely event this was actually an error)..how many stores did they pay shipping to send them to and now they want to ship them again eventually? They want/need money. They owe a ton of money but it's ok to keep making these financial mistakes on "smaller" things like all these small things happening at every store don't add up to big costs. Mindboggling.
