Let's all have a little fun. How many of you think we will get a mid-year advance? After having one of the most successful Q1s ever and Q2 looking promising, the way Cisco has been going, i'd say no LOL

Advance is normally 50% of bonus. Not sure they can reduce it since supposedly the LR was a “rebalancing” and not for financial reasons. Of course, logic and consistency isn’t their strong point.
What is the advance payment (s)?
I predict 75%. Giving 100% just after LR's sends the wrong message.
Yes, we will get it, because paying the mid-year advance shows that the company is financially strong.
