After todays “townhall” leg humper session, what’s your guess on the 2023 PIP %?
I’m guessing 8-10%..

5% PIP but auto fail rate will be >75%
If 15% is real, the attrition will skyrocket well beyond what we’ve already witnessed.
15% at EMHC confirmed. If you work there you should be looking for a new job like right now.
How about the HR vp's repose to said pausing performance assessment..."the short answer is NO"...the long answer is NO". Ignorant children (emphasis mine)
Dunno about %NSI (it will be too much), but gotta say my favorite points included 1) the assertion that our helpdesk improved 2-fold when it was offshored to HCL and 2) the laughter in response to the question about performance assessment being paused for a year.
I'm super excited to see the yammer leg humpers embracing the new opportunity this construct will leverage!
