Of course they can split up the company if they want to. AT&T Global Solutions became AT&T and NCR/Teradata. NCR spun off Teradata a few years later.
Is NCR allowed to separate into 2 companies being that they are publicly traded on the NYSE. Isn’t there some type of approval needed from the SEC first? Is there something I’m missing? I keep hearing end of spring early summer for this transition to take place. If so I hope I get a different TM and maybe a different TL. These 2 are company first and have a personality similar to cardboard. I wish common sense was used more often as it definitely is not used enough in NCR.

Their lying. The Leadership Team always has and will get their yearly incentive through executive compensation. They have until end of Q3 to cut expenses which includes compensation reduction, real estate closures, reducing benefits, outsourcing jobs, moving jobs offshore, merging and liquidating full departments, etc, They are doing this now, so don't expect a bonus. I was told back office employees will get wiped off the board and outsourced so the headcount looks like it has dropped. Then the virtual people regardless of depts get sacked next with positions increasing in Serbia. That's the game, and what a cr---y environment to work in for 2023

Not really bothered to be honest. The bonus was peanuts for me last year. I think i will be fine with $400 less this year lol. If it was in Millions id prolly be losing sleep over it.
