Centralization and collaboration required for changes to be successful they say and I agree. Will they acknowledge that PDS does not support and actually encourages silos (so you have stand outs) and to not collaborate for fear of someone taking credit during PDS or using information for individual gain.

Senior leaders got there by creating siloed solutions because that’s how they get noticed in PDS cycle. But we’re not changing that process so just trust us the behaviors will be better going forward.
