In Belgium they're firing almost half of a team (7 out of 18), it is confirmed.
I'm part of that team. So we know that in 30 days (mandatory for a collective redundancy) half of us will be out. Nothing wrong with it, it is dead end job anyway. But what's funny is that they pretend we're still motivated, pro-active and blablabla. They even asked us to complete our goals for 2023 in "my carrer" (a bullsh-t internal Nielsen stuff) Hey guys you're firing us remember? R u fu----g re--rded??

Ha, yes everyone is being asked to set up goals for 2023. Wouldn’t it be fun for everyone to make one of their personal goals to not be part of the next layoff group!
