Well, they are certainly not doing a good job of keeping those talents.
Ex-Cisco execs are worthless. Just look what they did to Cisco!
When I worked at Maxtor, we were told that after the merger the combined company was a great opportunity for the talented engineer. "talent and innovation ".
but the main thing was the letter on the badge as basically all Maxtor employees were lay-off with or without talent. What talent does one need at WD?
