it is a joke, have already been told informally that there will be no payrises over 3% for any of the UK plants for production employees, inflation is 10.5% in the UK, the plant managers at all UK sites have been told that there is absolutely no room for any improved offers. Just waiting on losing good production people from Atherstone, and then possible strike action for the ones that stay
There will be two boards coming out of the HC spin. Both with a dozen or more members. The people added were probably told that they would stay on the board while some others would take over HC board.
Life sucks unless you are at the top of the 3M food chain.
